About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Java Architect to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java technologies, system architecture, cloud platforms, and microservices. You will be responsible for defining technical strategies, ensuring architectural best practices, and guiding development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java technologies.
• Define application architecture, technical standards, and development best practices.
• Lead the design and implementation of microservices-based architectures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Review application architecture, code quality, and system performance to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement security best practices across applications and infrastructure.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, and technology evaluations.
• Required Skills8+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Cloud.
• Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API Gateway, and service integration.
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA and relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming, and software architecture principles.
• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and cloud-native application development.
• Java and cloud certifications are an added advantage.
• Experience leading technical teams and large-scale enterprise projects.
