💼 Position: Investment Officer
🎯 Experience: 1–4 Years preferred
💰 Maximum CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
👤 Reporting To: Vertical Head
🔹 Job Purpose
Responsible for acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and providing suitable investment and protection solutions across Mutual Funds, SIPs, Fixed Deposits, Life Insurance, Health Insurance and other financial products.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, leads and prospecting.
- Generate business across Mutual Funds, SIPs, FDs, Life & Health Insurance.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Meet a minimum of 3 clients/prospects daily.
- Understand customer financial goals and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Increase SIP book, AUM and FD mobilization.
- Cross-sell/up-sell financial products.
- Handle client onboarding, KYC, documentation and servicing.
- Maintain compliance and accurate customer records.
