Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell health and life insurance products
* Clearly communicate policy features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective customers
* Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer engagement
* Consistently achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Preferred Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Tamil (preferred)
* Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
Compensation:
₹2 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA (Fixed Salary) + Performance-Based Incentives
