Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and hiring processes.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
  • Assist in candidate engagement and onboarding coordination.
  • Learn and understand the complete end-to-end recruitment process.
