Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B customers in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Conduct daily field visits to factories, warehouses, engineering companies, and industrial estates.
- Generate enquiries for:
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Preventive Maintenance
- Breakdown Services
- Crane Health Assessments
- Load Testing & Safety Inspections
- Modernization & Refurbishment
- Spare Parts & Components
- Relocation & Reinstallation of Cranes
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
- Prepare visit reports and update CRM with customer interactions.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate to close orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with service engineers for site visits and execution.
- Track competitors' activities and market trends.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions, customer meetings, and networking events.
