Job SummaryAirtel Payments Bank is hiring energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to acquire and onboard new merchants. The role involves visiting retail shops, promoting Airtel Payments Bank QR Code and Soundbox solutions, and driving digital payment adoption.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retail shops and business establishments in the assigned territory.
• Acquire new merchants and onboard them to Airtel Payments Bank.
• Sell and install Airtel Payments Bank QR Code and Soundbox devices.
• Explain product features and benefits to merchants.
• Complete merchant KYC and onboarding documentation.
• Ensure successful merchant activation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Submit daily sales and activity reports to the Team Leader.
• EligibilityMinimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Merchant Onboarding, Field Sales, BFSI, Fintech, Telecom, or Payment Solutions is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, BharatPe, MobiKwik, Airtel Payments Bank, or similar merchant acquisition roles will be given preference.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
