Field Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Recruiter to recruit and manage delivery riders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and retaining riders while ensuring the required number of active riders are available every day to meet operational requirements.

## Key Responsibilities

* Conduct field recruitment and hire delivery riders.

* Source candidates through local campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.

* Complete rider screening, documentation, and onboarding.

* Ensure daily rider availability as per operational requirements.

* Maintain rider attendance and login compliance.

* Conduct daily rider briefings and communicate operational updates.

* Handle rider grievances and resolve issues to improve rider retention.

* Ensure riders remain active and engaged after joining.

* Coordinate with the Operations team to maintain daily rider strength.

* Share daily recruitment, joining, and active rider reports.

Eligibility

* Minimum 1 year of experience in field recruitment or blue-collar hiring.

* Experience in rider or delivery partner hiring is preferred.

* Good communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi (preferred).

* Willing to travel within Chennai for recruitment activities.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

* Target-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
