Job Description
Dear all,
we would like to hire the person for the robot & laser service for the laser welding & robot automation .
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and test laser machines at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
- Train customers on machine operation and basic maintenance.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
