Key Role and Responsibilities

·      Conduct one-on-one nutrition consultations and understand clients’ health, lifestyle, dietary habits, and fitness goals.

·      Assess clients’ nutritional needs and develop personalized diet and meal plans.

·      Prepare nutrition plans for goals such as weight loss, weight gain, medical condition, and healthy lifestyle management.

·      Monitor clients’ progress and make necessary changes to their nutrition plans.

·      Educate clients about healthy eating habits, portion control, meal timing, hydration, and balanced nutrition.

·      Provide practical guidance on food choices, meal preparation, and sustainable lifestyle changes.

·      Coordinate with fitness trainers to align nutrition plans with clients’ workout and fitness goals.

·      Follow up with existing clients regarding package renewals and ensure continuity of their fitness and nutrition programs.
