Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and maintain relationships with Enterprise, Government, and Education sector clients.
  • Communicate with customers regarding our managed services, including Zoho, Dcare, AMC, and SLA offerings.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
  • Handle client inquiries, service requests, and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers for service renewals, AMC renewals, and contract extensions.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with prospective and existing clients when required.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update activities in Zoho CRM.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional support.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and renewals.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service-related documentation as required.
  • Stay updated on the company's products and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
