Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer relationships from booking to property registration.
- Collect and verify all customer KYC and required documents.
- Prepare and maintain booking forms, agreements, and customer records.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Legal, Finance, and Registration teams.
- Follow up with customers for payments, documentation, and registration schedules.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate loan processing with banks, if applicable.
- Schedule and support property registration activities.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and legally compliant.
- Provide post-registration support, including handing over documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management.
