About the Role

Hidromas India is looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators with hands-on expertise in CNC Turning Machines. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating CNC machines, tool setting, machine monitoring, and maintaining quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Turning Machines as per the production plan.

• Load raw materials and unload finished components safely and efficiently.

• Perform tool setting and offset setting as per job requirements.

• Monitor machine operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality output.

• Inspect machined components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers and Micrometers.

• Follow production schedules while maintaining quality and productivity targets.

• Identify and report machine abnormalities or quality issues.

• Ensure proper machine housekeeping and adhere to safety standards.

• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve daily production goals.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in operating CNC Turning Machines.

• Knowledge of tool setting and offset adjustment.

• Ability to read basic engineering drawings.

• Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).

• Understanding of machining processes and quality standards.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Eligibility

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical qualification preferred.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience as a CNC Machine Operator (Turning).

• Experience in automotive, auto components, precision engineering, hydraulic, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.

• CTC: ₹2.50 Lakhs – ₹3.25 Lakhs per annum
