🎯 ExperienceMinimum 2 Years of Civil Construction Experience

💰 Salary₹20,000/- to 30,000/- per month – Fixed

Performance and work experience will be reviewed after 6 months, and a salary hike may be considered based on performance and experience.

• 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities
• Ensure high construction quality and proper workmanship
• Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring and other civil works
• Coordinate with contractors, workers and vendors
• Check materials and ensure proper usage
• Maintain construction schedules and site progress
• Identify and control unnecessary construction costs / wastage
• Ensure work is completed within budget without compromising quality
• Prepare and maintain site reports and measurements
• Ensure safety and proper site practices
• ✅ Candidate RequirementsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of residential building construction
• Good site supervision and coordination skills
• Ability to control material wastage and construction costs
• Quality-focused and responsible attitude
• Ready to work at project sites
• Immediate joining preferred
