Job Description:

We are looking for a Billing & Store Executive to manage billing activities as well as day-to-day store operations in our retail outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer billing and invoice generation.
• Operate POS/billing software accurately.
• Handle cash/card/UPI billing transactions.
• Maintain daily billing records.
• Receive and verify incoming stock.
• Maintain stock and inventory records.
• Handle material inward and outward activities.
• Arrange and maintain products properly in the store.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with customers and the accounts team when required.
• Support daily retail store operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Retail Billing / Store Operations / Inventory.
• Experience with POS or billing software.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of stock and inventory management.
• Candidates having experience in both Billing and Store Operations will be preferred.
