Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and technically interested freshers to join our team as Service Technicians. This role involves working with Xerox/printing-related machines, including installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Diploma candidates who are interested in building a long-term career in the service and technical field are encouraged to apply. Training and practical guidance will be provided to suitable candidates.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the installation and servicing of Xerox and printing machines.
• Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines.
• Identify technical issues and assist in resolving machine-related problems.
• Visit customer locations for machine installation, servicing, and maintenance when required.
• Assist senior technicians during service calls.
• Learn about machine components, electrical systems, and technical operations.
• Maintain service records and report technical issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures while handling machines and equipment.
• Develop technical skills through on-the-job training.
• RequirementsFreshers only are welcome to apply.
• Diploma candidates are preferred, especially in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related technical fields.
• Strong interest in developing a career as a Service Technician.
• Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge is an advantage.
• Good learning ability and willingness to work in the field.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a senior technician.
