Field Sales & Marketing Executive – Glass & Aluminium

About the role
We are looking for an energetic Field Sales & Marketing Executive to develop new business for our glass and aluminium products and services.
Responsibilities
- Visit architects, interior designers, contractors, builders and project sites.
- Generate new business enquiries.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Understand customer/project requirements.
- Coordinate for quotations and follow up with customers.
- Convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain daily visit and lead records.
- Represent LR Glass & Aluminium professionally in the market.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of field sales experience preferred.
- Experience in glass, aluminium, interiors, construction or building materials is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for field travel.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Tamil communication required; basic English preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai.
- Strong follow-up and sales attitude.
Salary
₹18,000–₹25,000 per month + performance incentives.

Someone who is comfortable meeting new people, visiting businesses/sites and actively generating sales — this is a field-sales role, not an office-only marketing position.
