Job Responsibilities

  • Product Demos: Give technical presentations and live demonstrations to show how products work.
  • Client Consulting: Listen to customer problems and suggest the best technical solutions.
  • Proposal Writing: Help the sales team write clear and accurate technical parts of business proposals.
  • Team Liaison: Share customer feedback with internal product and engineering teams to improve future updates.
  • Troubleshooting: Help clients solve technical issues with installed equipment or software.
