🧑‍💼 Experience: 3 Years or Fresher(If MBA)

💰 Salary: As per Company Norms

💼 Education : Any Degree /Diploma

🔔 Immediate Joiners Preferred

$ CTC Rs 3L to 5.5L Per Annum

Roles and Responsibilities Buyer – FMCG /Staple

 Should have strong knowledge of FMCG/ Staples /Dairy & bakery Buying (Perishable) sourcing products like Milk, Dairy Products & Bakery Products.

 New vendor development through thorough understanding of Market Trend.

 who understand brands, vendor development and can negotiate and onboard vendors.

 Key responsibility of the candidate will be OOS% and Vendor Fill Rate% at regional level with new vendor onboarding.

 Person should be from FMCG& Dairy & bakery Buying (Perishable) background and he has taken care of FMCG/Staples/ Milk, Dairy Products Bakery Products. etc

 This position is more of a replenishment and person should know MBQ calculation, demand forecasting of qtys to be bought and PO tracking mechanism.

 Vendor management, vendor development, Vendor negotiation in these categories.

 Person should know the margin calculation, ageing of stocks, PO management and inventory management.

 Person should be strongly in analytical skills and excel particularly.
