Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market building materials such as aggregates, blocks, M-Sand, P-Sand, or related construction products
- Identify and develop new clients including contractors, builders, and real estate developers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners
- Coordinate with sales teams to support lead generation and conversions
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and marketing materials
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and construction-related events
- Collect customer feedback and support after-sales coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction materials and industry practices
- Ability to work in the field and visit construction sites
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes
