Job Description
Arranging transporter for dispatch of material from Factory & RM from Port.
Basic documentation of Dispatches (Doemstic & Export).
Coordinating delivery & dispatch Of material to Pondicherry Unit.
Documents filing in file & sending docs, vouchers, etc to Kolkata office or Pondicherry.
Documents like Invoice, Cash Vouchers, RM bills.
Work from home.
Once a week visit to our office at City & organize Office.
