Job Description
About the Role:
We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital channels. You'll own day-to-day marketing execution while contributing to strategy, working closely with design, sales, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute campaigns across social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), email, and paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Manage content calendars and coordinate with designers/copywriters for post creation
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns budgeting, targeting, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Monitor and grow social media presence; track engagement, follower growth, and community management
- Conduct keyword research and support on-page/off-page SEO efforts
- Track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Search Console
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trends, and competitor activity
- Support email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns) using tools like Mailchimp or similar
- Collaborate with sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals
