Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to achieve daily performance targets.

Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and attendance.

Coach, mentor, and motivate team members.

Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.

Resolve customer and operational escalations.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3+ years of experience as a Team Leader (BPO/Operations preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

2. Assistant Manager – HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

Achieve hiring targets within timelines.

Requirements:

Graduate/MBA (HR preferred).

1–3+ years of recruitment experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience using job portals and recruitment tools is preferred.
