Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and building strategic relationships. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, decision-makers, and new target markets through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and industry research.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to presenting pitches, negotiating terms, and closing deals.

Client Consultation: Conduct discovery calls and meetings to deeply understand prospective clients' pain points and articulate how our solutions solve their specific problems.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and feed market insights back to the product/service teams to improve our offerings.

CRM & Reporting: Maintain clean, accurate data within our CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot), tracking activity metrics, deal progress, and forecasting future sales.

Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor movements, and market changes to uncover new growth avenues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a business development, inside sales, or account executive role (B2B experience preferred).

Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You need to be just as comfortable commanding a room during a presentation as you are writing a cold email.

Resilience & Drive: A strong work ethic with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Rejection doesn't slow you down; it motivates you.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms (like Outreach or Salesloft), and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Negotiation: Sharp negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections smoothly.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (equivalent practical experience also welcomed).
