Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining our immigration services, and converting leads into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
- Explain visa services, process, and benefits clearly
- Maintain daily call records and follow-ups
- Generate leads and convert them into enrollments
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Coordinate with the sales and visa team for smooth processing

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English
- Basic knowledge of computer (MS Excel, calling software)
- Confident and polite speaking skills
- Ability to handle targets and pressure
- Experience in telecalling or immigration industry preferred (Freshers can also apply)

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹65,000 per month (based on experience)

- Office timing: 9:40 AM to 5:40 PM
