Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our education consulting team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting students, providing information about study abroad opportunities, and generating leads for counseling sessions.

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents

Handle inbound inquiries regarding study abroad programs

Explain courses, universities, visa processes, and eligibility criteria

Generate and qualify leads for counselors

Schedule appointments for counseling sessions

Maintain and update student data in CRM/software

Follow up with interested candidates regularly

Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
