Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Prepare and monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and business requirements.
- Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
- Track production progress and ensure targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Follow up on work orders and ensure timely completion of production tasks.
- Assist in planning manpower allocation and machine utilization.
- Identify production delays or bottlenecks and escalate issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding production-related requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports.
- Support inventory control and stock reconciliation activities.
- Assist the Production Manager in implementing process improvements and productivity initiatives
- Required Skills
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and inventory management is preferred.
