Sales Leader – Job DescriptionRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Sales Leader who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales operations, and effectively coordinating the sales team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue generation and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and business.
• Manage both field sales activities and office-based sales coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
• Monitor team performance, sales reports, collections, and market activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between the sales team and management.
• RequirementsGood communication and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in FMCG sales.
• Strong team management and coordination abilities.
• Target-oriented approach with a strong focus on revenue generation.
• Experience in the Agarbatti/Incense trade will be preferred.
• Willingness to manage both office and field responsibilities.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
