Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
- Handle reservations, bookings, and table availability.
- Manage the waiting list and provide accurate waiting-time information.
- Explain the menu, restaurant facilities, offers, and policies to guests.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the service, kitchen, and management teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and dining area.
- Ensure proper communication with guests throughout their visit.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and ensure a positive guest experience.
