Job Description:

Magna Metal & Mill Stores is looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive for our HVAC, Plumbing, Piping and Building Services division.

The role involves developing business from projects, contractors and institutional customers across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and nearby markets.

This is primarily a B2B Project Sales role and requires regular customer and site visits.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit HVAC contractors, MEP contractors, builders, consultants and project sites.
• Generate new enquiries and develop new customers.
• Promote HVAC, valves, actuators, piping, plumbing, pumps and other building-services products.
• Identify upcoming commercial and industrial projects.
• Understand customer requirements and project BOQs.
• Coordinate with the internal team for product selection and quotations.
• Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into purchase orders.
• Maintain relationships with existing contractors and project customers.
• Regularly visit customers and project sites for sales follow-up.
• Track sales opportunities, enquiries and pending orders.
• Collect market information regarding projects, competitors and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with the accounts and dispatch teams when required.

• Required SkillsStrong B2B sales and customer-development skills.
• Good communication and negotiation ability.
• Comfortable with regular field visits.
• Basic understanding of quotations and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with contractors and project customers.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Additional Requirement Two-wheeler preferred/required for local field travel.
• Candidate should be comfortable travelling within Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and nearby areas.

Education: Graduate / Diploma preferred. Candidates with strong relevant industry experience may also apply.
