Job Description

  • Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain day-to-day accounting records.
  • Record all financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
  • Accounts Payable & ReceivableProcess vendor invoices and payments.
  • Follow up on customer outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
  • Bank ReconciliationPerform monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Verify and record all banking transactions.
  • GST & Tax CompliancePrepare and file GST returns.
  • Maintain GST records and reconciliations.
  • Assist in tax audits and statutory compliance.
  • Payroll ProcessingPrepare employee salary sheets.
  • Process PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory deductions.
  • Maintain payroll records.
  • Financial ReportingPrepare monthly MIS reports.
  • Generate Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
  • Provide financial data to management as required.
  • Cash Flow ManagementMonitor company cash flow.
  • Maintain petty cash records.
  • Ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Audit SupportAssist internal and external auditors.
  • Provide required financial documents and reports.
  • Inventory & Asset ManagementMaintain inventory accounting records.
  • Track company assets and depreciation.
  • Compliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
