Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing: Maintain monthly attendance, leaves, and overtime to prepare accurate salary sheets.
Statutory Compliance: Handle PF/ESIC portals, generate new UAN and ESIC numbers, and manage monthly challan filings.
Wages Register & Records: Maintain wages registers, muster rolls, and compliance documentation as per labor regulations.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation: Collect, verify, and maintain complete KYC, bank details, and personal files of new hires.
Compliance & Reporting: Prepare regular payroll and compliance reports for management and audit purposes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 1 to 3 years in Payroll, PF, ESIC, and Statutory Compliance.
Key Skills: MS Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Data Management), hands-on experience with PF/ESIC portals, and payroll tools.
Education: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA in HR preferred).
