Job Description
The Purchase & Inventory Executive is responsible for procurement, inventory control, and store management activities. Key duties include raising purchase requests, obtaining quotations, creating purchase orders in ERP, coordinating with vendors for timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock records. The role also involves receiving and inspecting goods, issuing materials to departments, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining bills and documentation. The candidate will prepare inventory and purchase reports, ensure proper storage and safety standards, and support departments with timely material availability. Candidates should have ERP knowledge, good coordination skills, attention to detail, and 2–5 years of relevant experience.
