हम अपनी टीम के लिए ऊर्जावान और ग्राहक-केंद्रित उम्मीदवारों की तलाश कर रहे हैं।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- ग्राहकों को सही फ्रेम, लेंस और सनग्लास चुनने में सहायता करना।
- दैनिक एवं मासिक सेल्स टार्गेट पूरा करना।
- ग्राहकों को बेहतरीन सेवा प्रदान करना।
- स्टोर की डिस्प्ले और प्रोडक्ट्स को व्यवस्थित रखना।
- बिलिंग और अन्य स्टोर ऑपरेशन्स में सहयोग करना।
- सीनियर पद के लिए टीम को गाइड करना और प्रभावी संवाद बनाए रखना।
योग्यता:
- Sales Associate: 12वीं पास + 2 वर्ष का सेल्स अनुभव या ग्रेजुएट (फ्रेशर भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं)
- Senior Sales Associate: ग्रेजुएट + 2 वर्ष का संबंधित रिटेल/सेल्स अनुभव
सैलरी: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 CTC (पद के अनुसार)
📍 ट्रेनिंग: मुंबई (ट्रेनिंग पूरी करना अनिवार्य है)

અમારી ટીમમાં જોડાવા માટે ઉત્સાહી અને ગ્રાહક સેવા પ્રત્યે પ્રતિબદ્ધ ઉમેદવારોની જરૂર છે.
મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ:
- ગ્રાહકોને યોગ્ય ફ્રેમ, લેન્સ અને સનગ્લાસ પસંદ કરવામાં મદદ કરવી.
- દૈનિક અને માસિક વેચાણનું લક્ષ્ય પૂર્ણ કરવું.
- ગ્રાહકોને ઉત્તમ સેવા આપવી.
- સ્ટોરમાં પ્રોડક્ટ ડિસ્પ્લે અને મર્ચેન્ડાઇઝિંગ જાળવવું.
- બિલિંગ અને અન્ય સ્ટોર ઓપરેશન્સમાં સહયોગ આપવો.
- સિનિયર પદ માટે ટીમને માર્ગદર્શન આપવું અને સારી કોમ્યુનિકેશન જાળવવી.
લાયકાત:
- Sales Associate: 12 પાસ + 2 વર્ષનો સેલ્સ અનુભવ અથવા ગ્રેજ્યુએટ (ફ્રેશર્સ પણ અરજી કરી શકે)
- Senior Sales Associate: ગ્રેજ્યુએટ + 2 વર્ષનો સંબંધિત રિટેલ/સેલ્સ અનુભવ
પગાર: ₹18,000 થી ₹30,000 CTC (પદ મુજબ)
📍 ટ્રેનિંગ: મુંબઈ (ટ્રેનિંગ સફળતાપૂર્વક પૂર્ણ કરવી ફરજિયાત છે)
