Junior Relationship Manager

The Junior Relationship Manager (Direct Sales) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, acquiring B2B clients, and building long-term customer relationships. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to client on-boarding and post-sales support. The incumbent will engage with business owners and key decision-makers to understand their business requirements and recommend appropriate SaaS and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions. The  role requires a proactive, target-driven individual who can generate new business through direct sales, cold calling, referrals, networking, and market outreach. The Junior Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding, timely issue resolution, and an exceptional customer experience. The role also includes maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking sales activities, preparing sales reports, and contributing to revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Candidates should have a basic understanding of B2B sales, SaaS products, digital payments, or FinTech solutions, along with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
