Job Description
Urgent required Male Flipkart Warehouse Implant / On-site HR Executive / Operations Implant
Gender: Male preferred
Office Location: Palasapur, Pitapali, Jatni
Salary: Upto 20K to 22K NTH
Qualification: MBA/Graduate and System knowledge must
Experience: Min 1 to 2 Years in HR, Recruitment
Job Profile-
1- Recruit and coordinate manpower for the Flipkart warehouse.
2- Handle employee on boarding, document verification, and joining formalities.
Maintain daily attendance and shift allocation.
3- Ensure required manpower is available for each shift.
4- Coordinate with the Flipkart operations team regarding manpower requirements.
Resolve employee issues related to attendance, shifts, leave, salary, PF, and ESI.
5- Prepare daily MIS reports and share them with the client and company.
6- Conduct induction and explain warehouse rules and safety guidelines.
Handle employee exits, full-and-final formalities, and replacement hiring.
