Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
Meet customer satisfaction (CSAT) and service quality targets.
