Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive (Female Preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or as a telecalling associate & freshers are also welcome. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be confident interacting with customers over the phone.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of telesales, telecalling, or customer service.
- Ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Good follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to maintain customer data and prepare daily call reports.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
- Time management and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
