Job Description
Collection tele calling is an outbound phone job used by banks and finance companies to ask customers for overdue loan or bill payments. Workers contact clients to remind them of unpaid dues, negotiate new payment dates, and log payment records. Dialing lists of customers with late payments explaining the pending amounts and due dates clearly. Knowing how to use Excel, sheets, or simple call software handling angry or stressed customers calmly .
