- What You'll DoAssist customers in planning domestic and international holidays.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Prepare itineraries, quotations, and booking confirmations.
- Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in customers.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners.
- Provide excellent pre- and post-booking customer support.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring a great customer experience.
- What We're Looking ForFresher to 2 years of experience in Travel, Sales, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Passion for travel and helping customers.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
