Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tally Operator to manage day-to-day accounting entries, billing, and financial records using Tally ERP. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to maintain records efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecord daily sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries in Tally.
• Generate invoices, GST bills, and maintain billing records.
• Reconcile cash, bank, and ledger accounts.
• Maintain stock and inventory records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Organize and maintain accounting documents and vouchers.
• Coordinate with the accounts team and support audit activities.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.
• RequirementsGraduate or 12th pass with relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
• Good data entry speed with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Freshers with Tally certification may also apply.
• Preferred Experience0–2 years of experience in accounting or Tally operations.
