Job Title: Chat Support Executive

Ground Floor, Chinar Incube Business Center, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹13,000 + ₹1,000 Incentive per month
• 
  
• Experienced: ₹14,000 + ₹1,000 Incentive per month
• Night Shift Allowance
• Salary appraisal after 6 months and 1 year (as per company policy)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
• 
  
• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and response timelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 
  
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
