Job Description
-Generate leads and acquire new customers for credit cards.
-Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
-Promote SBI Card products and explain features, benefits, and eligibility.
-Develop relationships with customers and generate business through referrals.
-Identify new sales opportunities through market visits and assigned channels.
-Coordinate with the sales team to improve productivity and achieve targets.
-Monitor daily sales activities and maintain MIS/reports.
-Ensure proper documentation and accurate submission of customer applications.
-Follow up on applications and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth processing.
-Handle customer queries and provide support during the application process.
-Track team performance and provide guidance to sales executives.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
