Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and customer-focused female only Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in beauty treatments, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and satisfied.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a wide range of beauty services including:
- Facials and skincare treatments
- Threading, waxing, and bleaching
- Manicure and pedicure
- Hair spa and basic hair treatments
- Bridal and party makeup
- Hair styling and basic hair cutting
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitization of workstations and equipment.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty products, techniques, and industry trends.
- Assist in promoting salon packages, memberships, and retail products.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to inform them about salon services, special offers, seasonal packages, and membership plans.
- Follow up with previous clients to encourage repeat visits and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Schedule appointments and confirm bookings over phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Promote bridal packages, festive offers, and beauty treatment campaigns to increase customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about services and pricing.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow-up calls.
- Work towards achieving monthly appointment booking and customer retention targets through proactive calling.
