Job Description

DISOCAL is a trusted Ayurvedic brand dedicated to supporting kidney health through quality herbal products. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and order confirmation.
  • Explain DISOCAL products, pricing, and usage to customers.
  • Convert customer inquiries into sales.
  • Maintain customer records in Excel or CRM.
  • Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and feedback.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth order processing.
  • Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or healthcare/pharma is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Sales-oriented mindset and follow-up skills.
