Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Wealth Manager to acquire, manage, and grow a high-net-worth client base. 

The role involves offering end-to-end wealth management solutions tailored to the unique financial needs of HNIs/UHNIs while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition:

Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients through cold calling, networking, references, and market mapping. 

2. Portfolio Management:

Build and manage client portfolios across multiple asset classes including PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Unlisted Shares, Mutual Funds, and Insurance. 

3. Product Advisory:

Advise clients on suitable wealth products based on their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon. 

4. Relationship Management:

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction 

5. Revenue Generation:

Meet and exceed targets for asset mobilization, revenue generation, and client activation. 

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on market trends, economic updates, and new product offerings to provide insightful recommendations to clients. 

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking.

• Strong understanding of financial products and investment instruments.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to build and manage high-value client relationships.

• Certifications such as NISM VA, NISM XA/XB, or CFP are a plus.
