• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through email, chat, and back-office support.
• Respond to customer requests accurately and within defined service levels.
• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation in CRM tools.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and data security guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Required SkillsGood written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
