Job Title: VideographerJob SummaryWe are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality videos that showcase our products, gym installations, manufacturing process, customer testimonials, and brand story. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality photos and videos of products, gym installations, events, and manufacturing activities.
• Plan and execute video shoots, including indoor and outdoor locations.
• Edit videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Create engaging reels, promotional videos, product demonstrations, and customer testimonial videos.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Add music, graphics, captions, transitions, and motion effects to enhance videos.
• Maintain and organise all video footage, photographs, and digital assets.
• Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, gimbals, microphones, and other production equipment.
• Ensure videos align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and social media content formats.
• Travel to client locations, gym installations, exhibitions, and events whenever required.
• Required SkillsProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
• Experience creating short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
• Basic understanding of photography and photo editing using Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Creative storytelling and strong visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).
• Experience in product videography, manufacturing, fitness, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.
• Preferred QualitiesCreative mindset with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Willingness to travel for shoots.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for creating engaging visual content.
• Working HoursMonday to Saturday
