Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cashless hospitalization insurance processes
- Coordinate with insurance TPAs for:
- Pre-authorization approvals
- Claim processing
- Query resolution
- Verify patient insurance documents and eligibility
- Prepare and submit claim-related paperwork
- Follow up on pending approvals and settlements
- Explain insurance coverage and procedures to patients/attendants
- Maintain records of claims, approvals, denials, and payments
- Coordinate with billing, doctors, and nursing departments
- Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance policies
