Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
• Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
• Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects for the sales team.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits and meetings with customers.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets related to calls, lead qualification, and site visits.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the pre-sales process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on lead status and conversion progress.
• Requirements1–5 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of real estate projects and property sales processes.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling customer queries.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
