🎯 Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident, target-oriented and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to generate and qualify leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans and other financial products through telephone calls. The role involves calling prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable loan options, following up and coordinating with the sales/processing team. These are standard core telesales responsibilities.

• 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
• Generate and qualify potential loan customers.
• Understand customer requirements such as loan amount, income, employment/business profile and loan purpose.
• Explain suitable loan products, eligibility requirements and the application process clearly.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers.
• Convert qualified leads into loan applications.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in Excel/CRM.
• Update call status, follow-up dates and remarks after every interaction.
• Coordinate with the sales and loan-processing teams for further processing.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.
• 🧠 Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of banking/loan products preferred.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection positively.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, computer and CRM.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• 🎓 Qualification & ExperienceQualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: Freshers can apply; telesales/telecalling or banking experience is an advantage.
• Languages: Good English/Hindi; Kannada or other regional languages are an advantage.
